Ingredients 

  • 8 whole wheat rotis
  • Mozzarella cheese, finely chopped as required
  • 1 medium yellow capsicum
  • 1 medium red capsicum
  • 1 medium green capsicum
  • 250 grams readymade chicken tikka
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli flakes to sprinkle
  • Dried mixed herbs to sprinkle
  • Pickled jalapenos sliced as required

Method

  1. Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikkas.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa, keep the rotis on it, one at a time, and let them get just warm.
  3. Place one roti on the tawa, spread 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and cover with another.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly and top it with 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  5. Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp. Similarly, make more pizzas
  6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
