Ingredients list for Cheesecake Bites
- 200 grams Cream cheese
 - 10 Dark chocolate biscuits
 - to sprinkle Edible silver balls
 - as required Dark chocolate melted
 - 2 tablespoons Melted butter
 - ¼ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
 - 2 tablespoons Sour cream
 - 1 Egg
 - ½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - ½ teaspoon Refined flour (maida)
 - a pinch Salt
 - 2 Dark chocolate biscuits
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
 - Crush dark chocolate cookies in a bowl. Add butter and mix well.
 - Line a 4x4 inch baking tin with the cookie-butter mixture.
 - Put the tin in the preheated oven and bake for five to eight minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
 - Reduce oven to 180° C.
 - To prepare cheesecake mixture, take cream cheese in a bowl. Add the castor sugar and whisk using an electric beater till smooth and fluffy.
 - Add the sour cream, egg, vanilla essence, flour and salt and whisk till well combined.
 - Roughly break dark chocolate cookies into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
 - Layer the cream cheese mixture on top of baked cookie mixture and level it out.
 - Put the tin back into the preheated oven and bake for thirty-five to forty minutes or till the cheesecake is set. Remove from heat, cool and demould.
 - Cut into square pieces and freeze for ten minutes.
 - Line a baking tray with butter paper.
 - Dip each cheesecake piece in the melted chocolate, place on the lined baking tray and sprinkle edible silver balls on top. Refrigerate till the chocolate sets.
 - Serve.
