Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Prep Time : 3-3.30 hour

Cook time : 11-15 minutes

Ingredients for Cheesewale Kabab Recipe

  • Boneless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch cubes 2

  • Thick yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger paste 2 teaspoons

  • Garlic paste 2 teaspoons

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Nutmeg powder a pinch

  • White pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Green chillies chopped 2

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Processed cheese grated 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, green cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, white pepper powder, green chillies, lemon juice, cheese and salt well in a bowl.

Step 2

Add chicken pieces and mix well. Add fresh cream and mix well.

Step 3

Set aside to marinate for at least 1 hour or 2-4 hours.

Step 4

Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 5

Heat a gas oven tandoor. Place the chicken pieces on the perforated plate, cover and cook on high heat till the chicken is cooked and golden.

Step 6

Midway baste with butter.

Step 7

Transfer onto a serving plate, sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
