Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Pizza Recipe

  • Boneless chicken legs 2

  • Cream cheese ¼ cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tablespoons

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Eggs 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Refined flour (maida) ½ cup

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder 1 teaspoon

  • Corn flakes 2 cups

  • Green chilli finely chopped 1

  • Capsicum mixed, finely chopped ¼ cup


Step 1

Heat sufficient oil in a pan.

Step 2

Wrap chicken legs with a cling film and beat them using hammer.

Step 3

Break eggs in a glass dish. Add salt and whisk well.

Step 4

Put flour, crushed peppercorns, salt, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder in a bowl and mix. Spread on a plate.

Step 5

Take corn flakes in a plastic zip-lock bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin. Spread on another plate.

Step 6

Dust beaten chicken legs with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture and coat with crushed cornflakes.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 8

Deep-fry the chicken legs in hot oil for 2 minutes. Drain and arrange themon a baking tray

Step 9

Fill a piping bag with cream cheese and pipe out on top of fried chicken. Put green chilli, mixed capsicums and mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 10

Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.

Step 11

Cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
