Add onion and saute for 2 minutes. Grind ΒΌ cup basil leaves, garlic cloves and 2 tbsps tomato concasse. Add this to the pan and mix well. Add white and spinach spiral pastas, remaining tomato concasse, salt, crushed black peppercorns, crushed red chillies and fresh cream and mix well. Add parmesan slices and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with few fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese and serve hot.
