Ingredients list for Chenna Kulfi

  • 3/4 cup Cottage Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 5 cup Skimmed milk

Method

  1. Mix cornflour with quarter cup milk. Boil remaining milk with sugar in a deep non-stick pan. Reduce heat and simmer for about twenty minutes or till reduced to half.
  2. Add green cardamoms and mix well. Add cornflour mixture and cook, stirring continuously, for two to three minutes. Add cottage cheese, raisins and almonds.
  3. Mix well and remove from heat. Pour into kulfi moulds, cover with lids and freeze in the refrigerator till set. Unmould, slice and serve.
