Ingredients list for Chicken Cheese Bombs-SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken mince
- as required Mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes
- 1 Large potato boiled, peeled, mashed
- 1/4 cup + for coating Dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mixed dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black peppercorns crushed
- 2 Eggs beaten
- to deep fry Oil
- to sprinkle Fresh parsley finely chopped
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Grind chicken mince to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl.
- Add potato, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions, stuff each portion with a mozzarella cheese cube and shape into a ball.
- Dip each ball in beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed balls till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle some parsley on top and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
