Ingredients list for Chicken Kale and Ginger Stir Fry
- 50 grams Boneless chicken breasts sliced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 cup Kale leaves
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 medium Carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 1 medium Red bell pepper sliced
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- to taste Salt
Method
- Boil kale leaves for five minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and stir-fry for five minutes.
- Add ginger, carrot and red bell pepper, mix and stir-fry for three minutes.
- Add kale, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, salt and two tablespoons water, mix and cook for two to three minutes.
- Serve hot.
