By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Rings 250 grams Chicken mince ½ cup Refined flour (maida) to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder 1¼ teaspoons Onion powder ½ teaspoon Paprika 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 2 Eggs 1 cup Bread crumbs ½ cup Corn flakes crushed ½ cup Refined flour (maida) for deep-frying Oil Method Put chicken mince in a bowl, add salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and lemon juice and mix well. Place a butter paper on the worktop and place a portion of the chicken mixture on it. Flatten slightly to a four inch diameter ring and make a hole in the centre. Similarly prepare rest of the rings. Freeze for one hour. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Mix together breadcrumbs and cornflakes and spread on a plate. Spread flour on another plate. Dust the frozen chicken rings with flour, dip in the beaten eggs and coat with the breadcrumb-cornflakes mixture. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the chicken rings till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
