Chicken Satay - Grill Pan

Ingredients list for Chicken Satay - Grill Pan

  • 4 Chicken skinned
  • Lemon Grass
  • 2 stalk Lemon grass

Method

  1. Cut each chicken breast into half-inch broad strips and flatten lightly. Grind together lemon grass, shallots, garlic, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add salt and mix well.
  2. Mix in the chicken and set aside to marinate for one hour. Thread chicken onto the wooden skewers. Heat the Grill Pan, grease it lightly with a few drops of oil and place a few skewers with the chicken in it.
  3. Cook on high heat, turning frequently, for three to four minutes, or till just cooked. Serve immediately with peanut sauce.
