Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take dried bread crumbs on a plate, coat each chicken piece with it, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
