By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Lemongrass sticks Cuisine Thai Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken on Lemongrass Sticks 400 grams Chicken mince 8 four-inc Lemongrass sticks long 5-6 Garlic cloves finely chopped 1 Red chilli chopped 6-8 Fresh coriander stems finely chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns for shallow frying Oil Method Put chicken mince, garlic, fresh red chilli, coriander stems, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions. Dampen your palms and press each portion around a lemongrass stick. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the prepared sticks and shallow-fry on medium heat, rotating the sticks, till evenly golden all around and the chicken is fully cooked. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
