Ingredients list for Chickoo Walnut Ice Cream

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts crushed
  • 1 cup Sapodilla (chickoo) pulp
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar

Method

  1. Pour milk in a deep non-stick pan, add fresh cream, milk powder and powdered sugar, mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.
  2. Add sapodilla pulp and crushed walnuts and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a silicon container and cover with a lid. Keep the container in the freezer till completely set.
  4. Slice the ice cream, place on serving plates and serve immediately.
