Ingredients list for Chilli Drinking Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 1 Fresh red chilli
  • 3 inch stick Cinnamon broken
  • 1 1/2 cup Dark cooking chocolate grated

Method

  1. Heat milk in a nonstick pan, allow it to boil.
  2. Add vanilla bean, red chilli and cinnamon stick.
  3. Simmer the milk for a while.
  4. Stir in the grated chocolate and whisk till smooth.
  5. Boil the mixture again and serve hot.
