Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Spaghetti- SK Khazana Recipe

  • Spaghetti boiled 3 cups

  • Fresh red chilli finely sliced 2-3

  • Garlic cloves finely sliced 15-18

  • Extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Vegetable stock 4-5 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Flat parsley freshly chopped 4 tablespo for garnish

  • Parmesan cheese powder 4 tablespo for garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, mix and sauté till light golden. Add red chillies and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 2

Add 4-5 tbsps vegetable stock, salt and boiled spaghetti toss well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add parsley and parmesan cheese powder and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley and serve hot.
