Chilli Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti,boiled
  • 2-3, thinly sliced fresh red chillies  +for garnishing 
  • 8-10 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley + for garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese + for garnishing

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for ½ minute.
  2. Add red chillies and sauté. Add vegetable stock, salt, mix and simmer for ½ minute.
  3. Add spaghetti and parsley and toss well.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and toss.
  5. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese and red chillies and serve hot.
