Ingredients list for Chilli Garlic Spaghetti

  • 200 grams Spaghetti boiled
  • for garnishing Fresh red chillies 2-3, thinly sliced +
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup Vegetable stock
  • to taste Salt
  • for garnishing Fresh parsley chopped, 1 tablespoon +
  • for garnishing Parmesan cheese grated, 2 tablespoons +

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for ½ minute.
  2. Add red chillies and sauté. Add vegetable stock, salt, mix and simmer for ½ minute.
  3. Add spaghetti and parsley and toss well.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and toss.
  5. Garnish with parsley, Parmesan cheese and red chillies and serve hot.
