Ingredients for Chilli Guava Ice Cream-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Red chilli powder for dusting

  • Guava chopped 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Milk powder 3/4 cup

  • Castor sugar 1/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Salt to sprinkle


Step 1

Blend together guavas, condensed milk, milk powder, castor sugar and cream to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze overnight.

Step 3

Scoop out into individual serving bowls, dust with some chilli powder and sprinkle salt on top.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
