By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chillies, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 4-5 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Chilli Milli Ice Cream 4-5 Green chillies chopped 2 1/2 cups Milk 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch 4 tablespoons Sugar 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon Lemon zest 2 teaspoons Khus syrup Method Mix cornflour with a quarter cup milk and keep aside. Boil the remaining milk in a non-stick pan. Add sugar and cornflour mixture and simmer for four to five minutes. Set aside to cool. Add fresh cream, vanilla essence, green chillies, lemon zest and khus syrup and mix well. Pour into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till almost set. Divide the mixture into two portions and blend each portion, separately, in a blender till smooth. Transfer each of the two portions into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till firm. Scoop and serve.
