Ingredients list for Chocolate And Coconut Slices
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1 cup Digestive biscuits crushed
- 1/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- a pinch Salt
- 3/4 cup Butter melted
- 3/4 cup Condensed milk
- 1 cup Walnuts
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add caster sugar and salt to the crushed biscuits and mix. Add melted butter and mix.
- Put this mixture into a greased baking dish and press. Spread desiccated coconut over and press again. Put chocolate chips over the coconut layer. Pour condensed milk and finally sprinkle the walnuts. Press lightly.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake at 180°C for thirty minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
- Slice and serve.
