Ingredients for Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

  • Bread 8 slices

  • Milk 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

  • Nuts chopped 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Step 2

Lightly buttered the bread slices with butter.

Step 3

Arrange the bread slices in the baking dish and keep it aside.

Step 4

Boil milk,sugar and cocoa powder in a non stick pan. Meanwhile beat the eggs along with vanilla essence.

Step 5

Gradually add the milk to the egg mixture ang mix well.

Step 6

Pour the mixture on the bread mixture and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top of it. Bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes in the oven.Remove and serve warn with chocolate.
