By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Apr 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chocolate chips, Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chocolate Chip Lava Cake 50 grams Chocolate chips + for greasing Butter 25 grams 170 grams White chocolate roughly chopped 75 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 40 grams Refined flour (maida) a pinch Salt for dusting Cocoa powder Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl with beater. Melt white chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. Cool down to room temperature. Break egg and add to the bowl and mix well. Add melted white chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Mix refined flour and chocolate chips in a small bowl and this to the batter along with salt and fold to mix. Keep the silicon moulds on a baking tray, grease silicon moulds with butter, dust with cocoa powder. Fill the moulds with batter and tap lightly. Place the moulds on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes.
