Ingredients list for Chocolate Kheer
- ½ cup Dark chocolate grated
- 2 tablespoons Rice soaked
- 4 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Mawa (khoya) grated
- ? cup Sugar
- for garnishing Chocolate chips
Method
- Grind rice to a coarse paste.
- Boil milk in a non-stick pan. Add rice paste and cook till the milk reduces and rice is cooked.
- Add mawa and mix. Add sugar and stir till it dissolves.
- Transfer into a bowl and add chocolate and mix. Cool and chill.
- Pour into individual kasore. Sprinkle chocolate chips and serve.
