Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Pannacotta Recipe

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Roasted peanuts crushed 1/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 2 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Gelatin 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Add sugar, stir and let the sugar melt.

Step 2

Take gelatin in a bowl. Add water and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Step 3

Add chocolate to the pan and keep mixing till it melts. Add cream, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add gelatin and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the heat and cool to room temperature.

Step 5

Pour into individual martini glasses and refrigerate till set.

Step 6

Garnish with peanuts and serve chilled.
