Ingredients for Chocolate Surprise Prisms Recipe

  • Cocoa Powder 250 grams

  • Refined Flour 50 grams

  • Milk powder 1/2 cup

  • Sweet biscuits crushed 8

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup

  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

  • Powdered sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Oil for deep-frying

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together refined flour, ghee and little water to make a soft dough.

Step 2

Cover with a muslin cloth and set aside for fifteen minutes.

Step 3

Divide in 20 equal portions. Shape into balls.

Step 4

To make the stuffing mix together milk powder, crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, chocolate powder and powdered sugar.

Step 5

Divide into 20 equal portions.

Step 6

Roll out each ball into small discs and cut from the center to make a semi circle.

Step 7

Take each part and make a cone by joining the edges.

Step 8

Fill a spoon of the chocolate filling and seal the cone in the shape of small samosas. Similarly make the rest.

Step 9

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, Deep fry the samosas till crisp and golden.

Step 10

Remove on absorbent paper. Serve with ice cream
