Ingredients for Chocolate Truffle Recipe

  • Dark chocolate chopped 250 grams

  • Fresh cream 125 grams

  • Orange 1/2

  • Cocoa powder 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Pour cream into a non-stick pan and heat.

Step 2

Grate orange peel.

Step 3

When the cream gets heated, add dark chocolate and switch off heat. Mix till smooth.

Step 4

Add 1 tsp grated orange zest and mix well.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into an aluminium tray lined with cling film and set aside to cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in the refrigerator to set.

Step 6

Spread the cocoa powder in a plate.

Step 7

Take the tray out of the refrigerator, take small portions of the chocolate mixture and roll into balls. Roll the balls in cocoa powder and place them in a serving platter.
