Ingredients for Chocolate Walnut Fudge Recipe

  • Dark chocolate , chopped 100 grams

  • Walnuts , chopped 1/2 cup + to sprinkle

  • Unsalted butter 4 tablespoons

  • Condensed milk 400 grams

  • Khoya/mawa , grated 1 cup


Step 1

Line a barfi tray with cling film.

Step 2

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add chocolate and mix continuously till it melts. Add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously, for 5-6 minutes or till the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Add walnuts, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add khoya and cook, stirring continuously, till mixture thickens further. Switch off the heat and keep stirring till it cools slightly.

Step 4

Transfer the chocolate mixture into the lined tray, spread evenly and tap. Set aside till it cools down a little more. Cut into small pieces of any shape you desire.

Step 5

Keep the tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or till it sets.

Step 6

Separate the pieces, arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top and serve.
