Foreign invasions, trade relations and colonialism had introduced certain foods to the country like potato, chillies and breadfruit.

Ingredients for Chocolate kulfi Recipe

  • Milk 750 millilitre

  • Mawa 75 grams

  • Condensed milk 100 millilitre

  • Chocolate grated 50 grams


Step 1

Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil stirring continuously, till it reduced to 3/4 (560ml) its original volume.

Step 2

Add mawa and condensed milk stir well and reduce for five more minutes. Take it off the heat.

Step 3

Grate the chocolate and mix it well into the mixture .

Step 4

Add the mixture to the kulfi tubs and seal it perfectly.

Step 5

Keep in the freezer and allow it to set.Garnish it with rose petals.
