Ingredients list for Chocolate kulfi
- 750 millilitre Milk
- 75 grams Mawa
- 100 millilitre Condensed milk
- 50 grams Chocolate grated
Method
- Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil stirring continuously, till it reduced to 3/4 (560ml) its original volume.
- Add mawa and condensed milk stir well and reduce for five more minutes. Take it off the heat.
- Grate the chocolate and mix it well into the mixture .
- Add the mixture to the kulfi tubs and seal it perfectly.
- Keep in the freezer and allow it to set.Garnish it with rose petals.
