Ingredients list for Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

  • ½ cup Split Bengal gram (chana dal)
  • 8 Garlic cloves
  • 5-6 Dried red chillies broken,
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. To make chutney, put roasted Bengal gram, garlic, dried red chillies, lemon juice and salt in a blender jar and blend to a smooth paste with sufficient water.
  2. Transfer into a bowl and serve with Mysore masala dosa.
