Ingredients for Cindrella Recipe

  • Raspberry syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Pear chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Pineapple chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Red apple chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Orange segment pieces 4 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 4 tablespoons

  • White aerated lemon drink chilled 2 cups

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish

Method

Step 1

To make each portion, put 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup, 1 tablespoon pear, 1 tablespoon pineapple, 1 tablespoon apple, 1 tablespoon orange, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ½ cup white aerated lemon drink in a stemmed glass.

Step 2

Serve immediately with pineapple triangles and mint sprigs.
