Ingredients for Cluster beans in mustard sauce Recipe

  • Cluster Beans finely chopped 250 grams

  • Tamarind Paste 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Green chilli sliced 1

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Mustard paste 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Pressure cook the clustard beans with tamrind pulp till three whistles.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick pan add green chillies and onions saute till onions are light brown. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mustard paste and saute for a minute. Add clustard beans and saute for a minute and remove from flame.

Step 3

Serve hot.
