Ingredients list for Cluster beans in mustard sauce

  • 250 grams Cluster Beans finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Green chilli sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard paste

Method

  1. Pressure cook the clustard beans with tamrind pulp till three whistles.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan add green chillies and onions saute till onions are light brown. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mustard paste and saute for a minute. Add clustard beans and saute for a minute and remove from flame.
  3. Serve hot.
