Ingredients list for Coconut Lemonade

  • 1 cup Tender coconut water
  • ¼ cup Coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2-4 + for garnishing Basil leaves
  • for garnishing Lemon slices

Method

  1. Take lemon juice in a bowl. Add honey and coconut cream and mix well. Add coconut water and mix again.
  2. Add torn basil leaves and mix well.
  3. Roughly chop coconut flesh and add to individual serving glasses. Pour the drink and serve garnished with lemon slices and basil leaves.
