Ingredients list for Coffee and Walnut Ice Cream - SK Khazana

  • 2 tablespoons Coffee decoction
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Take fresh cream, milk powder, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk and coffee decoction in a jar and blend with a hand blender till well blended.
  2. Pour the mixture into an air tight container, sprinkle walnuts from top. Seal the container with its lid and keep in the refrigerator to set overnight.
  3. Once set take out scoops with a scooper, put into serving bowls and serve.
