Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
- 100 grams paneer (cottage cheese), crumbled
- 1/2 cup hung yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 medium onion , grated
Method
- Crumble paneer and put it in a blender. Add hung yogurt, salt, mustard powder, white pepper powder, sugar, caraway seeds and blend.
- Add milk and blend again. Take shredded cabbage in a bowl.
- Add salt, lemon juice, grated carrot and mix.
- Squeeze out the water from the grated onion and add to the salad bowl.
- Add the prepared dressing and mix. Serve immediately.
