Ingredients list for Cookie Dough Cups

  • 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida)
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Castor sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 grams Whipped cream
  • to garnish Colourful edible sprinklers

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Take butter in a bowl, add vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, castor sugar, brown sugar, refined flour and egg and knead into a stiff dough.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Put a dough ball in each cupcake mould and press with a muddler to shape like a cup.
  4. Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Bring the mould out of the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Transfer the cups onto a serving platter, pipe out whipped cream in the cups, garnish with sprinklers and serve immediately.
