Ingredients for Cookie Dough Cups Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Castor sugar 1/4 cup

  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup

  • Egg 1

  • Whipped cream 50 grams

  • Colourful edible sprinklers to garnish

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take butter in a bowl, add vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, castor sugar, brown sugar, refined flour and egg and knead into a stiff dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Put a dough ball in each cupcake mould and press with a muddler to shape like a cup.

Step 4

Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Bring the mould out of the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 5

Transfer the cups onto a serving platter, pipe out whipped cream in the cups, garnish with sprinklers and serve immediately.
