Take butter in a bowl, add vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, castor sugar, brown sugar, refined flour and egg and knead into a stiff dough. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Put a dough ball in each cupcake mould and press with a muddler to shape like a cup. Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Bring the mould out of the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
