Trim the head and tail and cut the ladyfingers into one inch sized diamonds. Peel, wash and thinly slice onions. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry ladyfingers till crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper. In the same oil deep-fry sliced onions till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper. In a large bowl combine fried ladyfingers, onions, chaat masala and lemon juice. Toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
