  • Oil to deep fry

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Trim, wash, drain and pat spinach leaves dry. Cut into thin strips.Heat oil in a wok.

Step 2

add spinach and deep-fry till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
