Ingredients list for Cream Cheese And Chilli Pineapple Loaf
- 4 Cream Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Pineapple
- 3-4 slices Canned pineapple chopped
- 2 tablespoons Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- t teaspoon Tobasco sauce
- Lettuce few leaves
Method
- Take whole-wheat hot dogs, cut horizontally and apply butter or mayonnaise on the insides.
- For the filling, mix together pineapple, bean sprouts, cream cheese, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Place a lettuce leaf on one side of the hotdog and put one-fourth of the filling on it.
- Place another lettuce leaf over the filling and cover this with the other half of the hot dog. Press slightly.
- Repeat the process with rest of the hotdogs and the remaining filling.
- Skewer a toothpick on each loaf to hold it all together and serve immediately.
