Ingredients list for Crepes with Fruits

  • 1 cup Refined flour
  • 2 Medium orangres separated into segments
  • 2-3 Medium kiwis peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • for drizzling Maple syrup

Method

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add milk and salt and whisk well.
  2. Sift flour into the bowl and whisk well to make a smooth and thin batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of the batter, spread into a crepe and let the underside cook. Place some of the fruits on one side and fold the crepe into half and fold again to make a triangle. Make more crepes in the same way.
  4. Place the crepes on individual serving plates, drizzle maple syrup on top and serve hot.
