Ingredients list for Crispy Biscuit Corn Sev Puri - SK Khazana

  • 12 Crisp biscuits
  • 1 cup Corn kernels boiled
  • to garnish Nylon sev
  • 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 Medium onion chopped
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • as required Tamarind chutney
  • as required Green chutney

Method

  1. Put potato cubes in a bowl, add corn, onion, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mash lightly while mixing well.
  2. Arrange the crisp biscuits in a plate and place a generous portion of mixture on each biscuit. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over all of them.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with nylon sev and serve immediately.
