This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken Breasts, Cornflakes Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crunchy Chicken Achari 3 Boneless Chicken Breasts 1 1/2 cups Cornflakes 4 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons Cornflour 1/4 cup Green chilli pickle 2 tablespoons Chicken chilli masala 1 Egg for shallow frying Oil For garnishing Thin strips of green, red and yellow capsicum Method Grind together cornflakes, refined flour and cornflour and transfer into a bowl. Grind chilli pickle into a fine paste and transfer into another bowl. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Add chilli pickle and chicken chilli masala and mix well. Break egg into a bowl, whisk well and add to the chicken. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Spread the cornflakes mixture in a plate. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with this mixture. Place the chicken pieces in the pan and cook, flipping sides, till evenly golden and crisp. Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with thin strips of green, red and yellow capsicum and serve hot.
