Ingredients list for Crunchy Ginger Mousse

  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 10-12 Ginger juliennes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup White chocolate chopped
  • 8-10 Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 1 cup Whipped cream

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan till warm.
  2. Combine chocolate and warm cream in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Grate ginger in bowl and mix well. Add crushed biscuits and mix well. Add whipped cream and fold lightly till well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual martini glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Garnish with ginger juliennes and serve chilled.
