Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 5-6 stuffed olives cut into small pieces
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 1/4 small red capsicum deseeded & chopped
- 1 egg boiled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon tobasco sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
Method
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, olives, spring onion, red capsicum, half of the chopped boiled egg and Tabasco sauce. Add salt and white pepper and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
