Ingredients 

  • 1 cup yogurt whisked + to drizzle
  • 10 fresh strawberries
  • 5-6 kurmura laddoos
  • 3 tablespoons blueberry jam, whisked
  • A little mixed fruit jam

Method

  1. Hull the strawberries and chop them roughly.
  2. Take blueberry jam in a bowl, add whisked yogurt and mix well.
  3. Rub a little mixed fruit jam on the insides of the serving glass cups to make stripes.
  4. Crush the kurmura laddoos coarsely in a bowl.
  5. Half fill the glass cups with the crushed laddoos and put the blueberry yogurt over them.
  6. Top it with strawberries, and drizzle a little plain yogurt on top. Sprinkle a little crushed kurmura laddoos and serve immediately.
