By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Parsley Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Crusty Herbed Chicken 800 grams Chicken cut into four pieces to taste Parsley 3 teaspoons Lemon juice 4-5 Basil leaves 1/2 bunch Fresh parsley 1/2 bunch Fresh coriander leaves 1 sprig Thyme 1 sprig Rosemary 6 tablespoons Olive oil 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Mustard paste 1 cup Fresh bread crumbs 2 medium Carrots, chopped 2-3 stalks Celery, chopped 2 Leeks,chopped 8 cloves Garlic, crushed Method Preheat oven to 200ºC. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice on the chicken pieces and spread evenly. Let it stand for five minutes. Chop fresh basil leaves, parsley and fresh coriander leaves finely. Add fresh thyme and fresh rosemary to the chopped fresh herbs. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a grill pan. Place the chicken pieces in it and seer them on both the sides. Make slits on the chicken pieces. Take the chopped fresh herbs in a bowl, add Worcestershire sauce and mustard paste and mix. Put this stuffing into the slits on the chicken pieces. Take fresh breadcrumbs in a plate and roll the chicken pieces in it pressing lightly so that the breadcrumbs stick onto the surface. Place the mixed vegetables and garlic on a baking tray. Place the chicken pieces on the vegetables. Pour the remaining olive oil on them and place the tray in the preheated oven.
