Ingredients
- 4 medium cucumber chopped
- 3 tablespoons raisins chopped
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
Method
- Whisk yogurt well and place in the refrigerator to chill. Dry roast cumin seeds and pound to a coarse powder. Combine cucumber, raisins, yogurt, cumin powder, green chilli, coriander leaves, honey and salt and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve chilled.
