Ingredients for Dahi Fruit Chiwda Recipe

  • Yogurt 2 1/2 cups

  • Thick pressed rice (jada poha / mota chiwda) 1 cup

  • Elaichi bananas 2 + 1 for

  • Oranges peeled and separated into segments 2

  • Apple 1

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Soak poha in water for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Peel apple and 2 bananas and cut them into small pieces.

Step 3

Mix together yogurt, apple, bananas and orange segments. Drain the pressed rice, add to the yogurt and mix well.

Step 4

Peel and slice the remaining banana.

Step 5

Drizzle honey on the yogurt mixture, garnish with banana slices and serve.
