Ingredients list for Date Shake

  • 15-20 Dates seeded
  • 3 cups Chilled Milk
  • 3-4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Put dates in a blender jar, add chilled milk and process till well blended.
  2. Add vanilla ice cream and a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Pour into 4 stemmed glasses and serve immediately.
