Ingredients list for Dhabi Fish
- 400 grams Rohu Fish 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup Yogurt whisked
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 3 medium Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 3 Green chillies chopped
Method
- ke yogurt in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder, mix well and marinate the fish pieces in this mixture for fifteen minutes.
- at oil, add onion, sauté until soft. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies, sauté for two to three minutes.
- Add fish along with marinade and cook for five to seven minutes or until done. Serve hot.
