Ingredients for Dosa Bonda - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Dosa Batter 1 1/2 cups

  • Onoin finely chopped 1 medium

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/2 cup

  • Green chillies finely chopped 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep-frying

  • Coconut chutney to serve

Method

Step 1

Take the dosa batter in a large bowl, add onion, coriander leaves, ½ cup semolina, green chillies and salt, mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, drop in small portions with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 3

Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with coconut chutney.
