Ingredients list for Dum Kebab (Meatloaf)
- 1/2 kilogram Mutton Mince
- 2/3 cup Yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garam masala
- 1/4 tablespoon Papaya paste
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup Onion
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
- for garnish Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, add mutton mince, yogurt, egg, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala, papaya, red chilli powder, fried onions, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
- Grease the pie dish with oil and pour the mixture into it.
- Cover the pie dish with aluminium foil and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve hot garnish with chopped coriander.
